CodingMantra AI Studio Privacy Policy

Updated 13 September 2026. This policy covers the CodingMantra AI Studio mobile app and its cloud creative services.

Information we process

We process your sign-in name, email, profile image and account identifier through Firebase Authentication. We store your account balance, credit history, generated media, prompts associated with your gallery, and support or content reports. Photos and text you submit are processed to perform the AI task you request. Camera and photo selection are optional and initiated by you.

Cloud processing and sharing

Cloud AI tools send your inputs to CodingMantra servers and the selected AI providers, including Google and providers accessed through OpenRouter. Firebase/Google Cloud provides authentication, database and media storage. We use these services to deliver the requested features, maintain your account, secure the service and investigate reports. Do not upload confidential material or images of others without permission.

Gallery and public links

Generated files and gallery records remain available in your account until removed. Media is delivered through cloud URLs; anyone who obtains a public media URL may access that file. Sharing or downloading media creates copies we cannot remove from someone else's device or account.

Retention and deletion

Account and gallery data is retained while your account is active. Temporary AI job records may persist for up to 30 days. You can request account and associated-data deletion inside Account settings or through our account deletion page. Deletion is processed by support and is not instant. We may retain records required for legal, payment, security or fraud-prevention obligations; support will explain applicable exceptions when processing your request.

Permissions and notifications

Selected photos are used for the task you choose. Camera access supports taking a photo; storage access on older Android versions supports saving your creations. Optional notifications report generation progress. You can control permissions in Android settings.
